Problems Encountered

Overall the program activities have continued as usual, as fare as the credit activities, and rather improved as far as the non-financial interventions. However some problems and obstacles were found that somehow have disturbed the smooth implementation of some activities.

Coordination

During this period the program has technically assisted MISA for the preparation of the entire requested document for the extension of the activities in other three Governorates. At present MISA has not finalized the procedure in order to start the work in the Governorates.

Credit activities

As far as the credit activities even if they have continued with same rhythm, the unfortunate relation with Sorbaghy CDA has created some disturbances to the smooth progression. MISA itself dealt with such a problem.

Furthermore, as far as the decision to hire a new field officer for the CDAs, have also encountered some problems, due to shortage of professional Filed Officer available at MISA.

Training

The training activities especially those aiming at improving the managerial capacity of the CDAs, have encountered some problems due to unexpected shortcoming form the training providing institution ESMA that delayed the session planned because of unavailable staff.
